1. Reporting copyright infringement

Aureum Growth Solutions LLC respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Because Solipsis is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot see the content of files or messages and cannot proactively detect infringement; we act on valid notices that identify content by information available to us (such as a workspace, channel, or account) and, where appropriate, by disabling access or terminating accounts.

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

3. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
